So many Christian women, like many of you, have this driving desire to make a life-changing difference in the lives of others…this desire is often birthed out of their own struggles they overcame.
They know they need to make a lot of money in their business so they can make an impact on people who are hurting… and everything that’s preventing them from making an impact is in their head.
Today I’m going to dive into a couple questions.
Do Christian Women have the right to make a lot of money?
And how can you step into being open to making an abundant amount of money for God’s kingdom?

Messages that wealthy people are evil
Messages in the church that women can’t and shouldn’t earn much money
Just to name a few reasons why Christian women struggle with making money.
Women often tell me “I know everything that’s preventing me in business and making a legacy is in my own head”
2. What the Bible Says About Women Making money
In Genesis 1, it says that both men and women are created in the image of God.
This command and blessing are given to both men and women.
“Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.” Gen 1:28-29
Be fruitful and multiply, are both financial terms and not just used to talk about children.
Let’s jump down to Gen 2:10-12 for additional context.
Gen 2:10-12 Now a river flowed out of Eden to water the garden, and from there it branched into four headwaters: The name of the first river is Pishon; it winds through the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold, and the gold of that land is good.
The Hebrew word for gold in this passage includes meanings for money, wealth and trade for business.
It’s also the 8th mention of something being called good, which means to partner with God to make the world a better place.
Land, herds, and crops are often used as symbols for business, which adds a new level of insight to ‘have dominion over the land and sea’.
What this means
God created business so we might partner with Him to make the world better for our customers.
When we do, we become fruitful in business and begin to multiply the amount of customers we serve as well as godly wealth to support our families and impact so many more people through a legacy of generosity.
And God calls all of this good!
3. How Christian Women are the most generous demographic
Dr. Thomas Stanley in the Millionaire Woman Next Door proved that female business owners who became millionaires were more generous than any other demographic. They improved the lives of their family, friends, and community and consistently outgave any other demographic.
I’d like to take it a step further.
When you deal with everything in your own head, aligning your money beliefs with the Word of God, you show up in life and business with incredible purpose and passion.
Finding peace of mind and freedom from all the years of struggle around money, which helps you serve more clients.
When you serve more clients in your business, you impact every single client and every person who interacts with that client
This allows you to bring home more money to help + impact your family, providing opportunities and a better financial future.
As you impact more and more clients, you’ll have an overflow of revenue that you can be extremely generous towards the causes dear to your heart so you can impact thousands of others, the recipients of your generosity as well as everyone who watches you.
The best part? God is glorified as you do all of this!
